Where is the forum held?
For 2021, ZeroBuild Türkiye will be held online where you can join virtually from the comfort of your office/home, while decreasing your traveling time and cost. The event is accessible from desktop, mobile and tablet devices.
Where are the sessions held?
All sessions are held in the virtual rooms that you can find and join from event web sites.
How will be an online event as fun as the in-person event?
As an organization with a highly engaged volunteer network connected, ZeroBuild Forum is uniquely positioned to unify our movement and create an engaging online experience. While the format is online, we intend to create as many interactive experiences as possible with a much larger global audience.
What does it cost to attend?
Absolutely nothing! This Virtual Event is completely FREE for you.
Do I need to download or install any software to be able to attend this event?
No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate. You only need to have access to the internet.
How do I log in on the day of the event?
Your login details will be emailed to you after your registration ahead of the event. You can use these details to access the online sessions.
Who do I contact if I have troubleshooting issues on the event day?

I registered but can no longer attend. Can I cancel my registration?
We recognize you may no longer be able to attend. No problem. You do not need to do anything for that.
I'm trying to sign up / sign in / register, why isn't it working?

Which browser do I need for video streaming?
You can use any browser but we recommend Chrome and Firefox.
What can I do to improve my video streaming quality?
Good internet connectivity will ensure high quality video streaming.
The timings of the live sessions are not convenient for me. Can I still participate in the event?
Good news. Video presentations will remain open for 24/7 after the forum. Therefore, you can watch whenever it’s convenient for you.
How long will the on-demand content be available online after the event concludes?
The on-demand content will remain open for 24/7 after the forum.
I need to register with more than one person from my company. What should I do?
Sorry. Our online registration system allows you to register one by one.
Do I have to register each session I plan to attend prior to the forum?
No. Just sign up. All conference sessions offered are accessible with your login details after your sign in. But please note that number of participants is limited for each session. So try not to be late for joining sessions.
Will there be food provided?
Just kidding 😊
You can have your coffee or food at the comfort of your office/home and follow sessions.
